Inside Sales Representative
Exprolink, the manufacturer of Madvac and Excelway brands of compact sweepers, is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham area. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our outside sales team and distribution network while serving as a key liaison with our production team.
YOUR MISSION
Generate and send quotes to dealers and customers on behalf of the outside sales team
- Maintain and update price templates to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Monitor and manage the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented
- Qualify and dispatch incoming leads to appropriate team members
- Process orders and coordinate with the production unit for timely fulfillment
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Support the outside sales team and distribution network with product information and sales materials
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Zoho CRM preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Delmiaworks, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for maintaining price templates

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques
